Colorature Mezzosoprano Suvi Larjamo began her singing studies at the Hämeenlinna Music Institute, and her professional studies in 2005 at Helsinki Polytechnic Metropola, spezialising in Barogue music

She has studied with Tellervo Pajamies, Johanna Bister and Juha Karvonen. Currently she is studying early music with Tuuli Lindeberg, and 19th and 20th century music with opera singer Margareta Brita Brandt.

Suvi has appeared in one of the lead roles in the first performance of Herman Rechberger's Pierda de Don, as well as Maria Magdalena, Jacob's mother in Visitatio Sepulchra, as Cherubino in Kotka and in Osmina's and Nun's roles in Suor Angelica.

Suvi has sung in Savonlinna Opera Festival Choir in 05-06

This year Suvi sang in Puumala's new opera: Anna Liisa, role of Hostes of Ristola. Future projects are Mozart's Die Zauberflöte: 2. woman and Purcell's Dido and Aeneas: whitch.
